Truth of Being...Human...

No matter what the spiritual tradition...

It always comes back to seeing the mountain...

As a mountain...

Better get busy climbing...

Instead of hiding in that cave you’re in...

On the side of the mountain...in your bliss...

While you can have your head in the clouds...

An alternate state of consciousness...

Does not equal an awakened mind...

Or, flying high on the wings of love...

Does not invalidate a suffering world...

Life will invariably continue to happen...

Bringing you tumbling back to earth...

For you are human being...

You cannot escape this...

No matter how hard you try...

No matter what your beliefs...

No matter what your reality...

You are Human...Being...

Some claim that life continues...

A guarantee of human rebirth...

If that is so...and if you know...

That you have walked this way before...

Wouldn’t it be wise to do something differently???

Would it make even more sense...

To dive deeper into the actual suffering...

That supposedly continues to bind us???

To create new solutions...to be truly free...

Beliefs...so humorous...so diverse...so binding...

We run from the very life we have been given...

We live in illusion...and resent the intrusion...

Of Truth...

We wish to sleep...

For to be awake...

Means to be present in sorrow and pain...

As well as in joy and pleasure...

If we continue to ignore our human potential...

We will continue to miss out on our experience of...

Humanity...

The Truth of Being...Human...

Wonder filled one Star…
The mountains and the caves… Yes… a great desperation… on which to choose… the pain or the sleep.. :-)
Brilliant truth… :-)

well thank you J…i am pleased that you resonate so with what i write…and i am pleasantly surprised as well, b/c of your own beliefs…but then Hinduism is a very versatile tradition…one open to it's own intepretation in many ways…

we have a temple close by…i've been meaning to check it out…i also will look up some of the poems i wrote when i was studying Hinduism…and i was inspired by the dance of shiva…the web and the net…i find it amazing that they were so aware of the energy of all of life so far into the distant past…they already had their own interpretation of physics…gol*
