heart break open...

may my heart break open with compassion...
may it flow like a river with no end...
may the fears that contradict my being...
be nonexistent...my enemy my friend...
may i put aside all that prevents me...
from loving with the whole of my heart...
imagine a world filled with humanity...
my heart is a good place to start...
may all that are suffering find comfort...
may we reach out and love, joining hands...
may our hearts break open with compassion...
overflowing into all the lands...
