breath...

paying attention to breath...
and how my body has trapped it...
physical pain has stored itself...
and my body is wrapped around it...
tilting my injured neck to one side...
releasing the pain that's been stored...
breathing through it is glorious and torture...
this pain that i've so long ignored...
positions i must endure to release...
all the pain that i need now must feel...
the body designed to heal itself...
feel to heal...i'm keeping it real...
for so long i used the awareness of bliss...
to escape all the physical pain...
but now a new level of truth i find...
my body i must now retrain...
the pills that i took; have long been gone...
today i use energy...
i've tapped into an endless supply...
experiencing a new level of free...
